Middle school is a big transition — new building, new expectations, and a lot more independence. The Middle School Launchpad is a four-session summer bridge program designed for incoming 6th graders and middle schoolers who could use a fresh start heading into the school year.
Over four evenings, students will build the real-world skills that don’t always get taught in class: opening a combination lock, reading a bell schedule, organizing a backpack and planner, taking notes, advocating for themselves, navigating social situations, and studying effectively. Each week covers a different theme — logistics, organization, social skills, and study habits — so students walk into day one feeling prepared and confident.
Dates: June 2, 4, 9, and 11 (Tuesdays & Thursdays) Time: 5:30–7:00 PM Location: Runway Workspaces — 2373 Central Park Blvd, Unit 100, Denver, CO 80238 Cost: $250 for current Can Do Learners students | $275 for new students
