ATTN: PARENTS OF NEURODIVERSE LEARNERS (ALL GRADE LEVELS)

Does your child’s “I can’t” feel like a permanent roadblock?

Parenting a neurodiverse learner—whether your child has ADHD, dyslexia, autism, or other learning differences—can feel like a solo journey. The homework battles, the confusing IEPs, the school transitions that keep you up at night. It’s a lot to carry on your own.

You don’t have to navigate this alone.

Can Do Learners is bringing together a community of Denver parents who get it—parents who understand the unique joys and challenges of raising neurodiverse kids. Join us for an evening of connection, shared experiences, and practical support over pizza.

What to Expect

This isn’t a lecture or a sales pitch, it’s a chance to be in a room with people who truly understand what you’re going through. Here’s what the evening looks like:

Connect with other parents who are raising neurodiverse learners in the Denver area. Share stories, swap strategies, and build relationships with families who face the same daily challenges you do.

Hear from Abby Belasco, founder of Can Do Learners, National Board Certified Teacher, and mom of two neurodiverse kids. Abby will share practical tips you can use right away—drawn from 25+ years of teaching experience and her own journey as a parent.

Enjoy a relaxed evening at Mici Italian in Central Park. Pizza is on us. Come as you are—no pressure, no judgment, just good company and great food.

All grade levels welcome. Whether your child is just starting kindergarten or navigating high school, you belong here.

Who This Is For

This event is for parents and caregivers of neurodiverse learners—kids with ADHD, dyslexia, autism, executive functioning challenges, or any learning difference that makes the school day harder than it should be. If you’ve ever felt isolated in your parenting journey, this community is for you.
