What is Calm and Connected©?
Calm and Connected is a 7-week workshop for parents and caregivers of kids or teens with ADHD or executive functioning challenges presented by Gabby Seligman Certified ADHD & Executive Functioning Coach with 10+ years of middle school teaching and mentoring experience. Gabby helps kids and teens, and their parents, develop the skills needed for school success and home harmony.
The Workshop features seven (7) in-person, interactive sessions, printed resources, and a supportive community. Sessions will be held on Tuesdays, 6pm-7:30pm starting January 13th, 2026 through March 3rd, 2026. will be held at The Denver Village 2513 Elmira St. Aurora, CO 80010. The total cost for the workshop is $350 and financial assistance is available.
